Upon acceptance of the Software Requirements Specification (SRS), we request an initial transfer of 40% of the total project cost. Once this payment is received and confirmed, we will promptly commence the UI design phase (If included).
Following the confirmation of the UI design, we will initiate the development process of your website. Upon completion of development and delivery for the initial User Acceptance Testing (UAT), we kindly ask for the remaining 40% of the total project cost to be transferred.
Finally, upon your approval and when the website is ready to go live, the remaining 20% of the total project cost will be due.
The annual maintenance charges for services such as hosting, domain, and AMC are subject to change, as the amount may be adjusted based on fluctuations in domain and hosting prices.
The invoice for both domain registration and renewal, as well as hosting services, will be automatically generated by hostmargin. Clients will receive timely notifications of these invoices through their registered email address.
Any modifications or adjustments to third-party services will be seamlessly connected to the client’s bank account, and the corresponding payments must be made directly from the client’s end.
The mentioned payment does not include taxes, and the final amount may be subject to the addition or adjustment of taxes in accordance with the rules and regulations of the respective country.
